After last night’s Most Important Game of the Year, possibly ever - and winning it, we couldn’t expect the Nucks to swagger into the ROP and drop the Oil.
So this was, as they say in the hallowed halls of stretched cliches, an honourable loss. The Nucks didn’t play well enough to win, but they played some comeback hockey to only lose by one.
The good news, Pete got a point. Finally. Brock got 2. And Demko wasn’t terrible. That’s pretty much a full almost win.
