Hughes vs. Hughes
You knew this was going to be the first thing I wrote about after this game. The story of this one was always going to be Jack vs. Quinn Hughes. 2019’s first overall pick Jack Hughes and his older brother Quinn faced off for the first time in their NHL careers today.
Jack got the upper hand after scoring the game’s opening tally with a wrist shot on the power play after receiving a beautiful cross ice pass from Taylor Hall.
