Brendan Batchelor: Vancouver Canucks defenseman Alex Edler confirms that he hasn’t been approached by the team to waive his no-trade clause.
Jason Brough of The Athletic: Edler said last week that he wants to remain with the Canucks, but knows he has to wait to see what happens.
Edler on if he’d waive his no-trade clause if he was asked.
“Right now, I’m just focused on training camp and trying to play as well as I can,” he said. “I will deal with that when it comes up.
