Another morning after, another disappointing loss in a dull game against the Coyotes. Canucks could only score twice against the team with the worst GAA in the west (though it seems losing Mike Smith improved Arizona’s goaltending overnight). Now, one game short of halfway through the season, Canucks have the fewest wins in the Western Conference, and the same number of wins as Philadelphia, Columbus, Buffalo, and Toronto.
These Tweets got some play after the game last night, showing Canucks player usage when the team is down a goal. I think I’d like to see it broken down differently, but I was surprised Vrbata is so far down the list.
