After clinging to a game in which they were badly outplayed but snatched a tying goal in the third period, the Canucks managed to lose for the 10th straight time to the Stars when Patrick Sharp weaved untouched through three Canucks and shot between Ryan Miller’s pads with 5:59 remaining. Jason Spezza scored into an empty net.
The 4-2 victory gave Dallas a three-game sweep of the season series and kept the Stars perfect against the Canucks since February, 2013.
