Yeah, it’s gonna be freakin’ cold today as for the first time in WJC history the game moves outdoors with the host Americans taking on their arch-rivals, Canada. All things pointed to this being a battle of undefeated teams, but typical of the Americans always trying to rewrite the narrative, they decided to go out and lose to the same Slovakian team that Canada had dispatched rather thoroughly the night before by a 6-0 score.
That’s not to say that this game is going to be a cakewalk for the boys in red. This US team is packed with talent, and they are the defending champs after all.
