VANCOUVER — Brendan Gaunce and Radim Vrbata are both feeling better.
Gaunce has his hockey equipment back after its extended stay with an airline, and Vrbata has his legs back after missing three games with a groin injury.
But the 21-year-old call-up will be in the Vancouver Canucks' lineup tonight against the San Jose Sharks, and the 34-year-old veteran will not be. And while Vrbata is not quite 100 per cent and plans to play Saturday in San Jose, he also understands that less experienced players like Gaunce are going to be given the chance to play in the final quarter of the National Hockey League season.
