While the team in front of him has been struggling through the month of November, the one constant has been Jacob Markstrom and his solid play in net. Through the Vancouver Canucks’ 2-5-2 record (before the two-game winning streak), Markstrom continued to make big saves and keep his team in the game. Unfortunately for him, the scoring dried out and they were unable to give him much run support.
The team is still struggling to score at 5-on-5, and they have lost a lot of key penalty killers to injuries, but Markstrom continues to bail the team out and give them a chance to win every single game.
