Canucks Coffee Headlines: Eriksson Speaks Out Against Green, Woo Traded in WHL, DiPietro Is On A Roll.

He’s one of the most polarizing figures on the Canucks. Signed to a lengthy and lucrative deal as a free agent in 2016, to say Loui Eriksson’s been underwhelming in his time here in Vancouver is a massive understatement. To his credit, he’s tried to maintain a positive outlook, and let’s face it, for as frustrating as he’s been this is still a guy who’s scored 30 goals in the NHL and he isn’t happy about how he’s played.

Until now, we haven’t heard much else about it from his perspective. A new interview with Eriksson, who is over with Team Sweden as they prepare for the World Hockey Championships in Slovakia starting May 10, has Eriksson talking about his relationship with Canucks coach Travis Green.
