Its been stated that Artemi Panarin wants to play in a big coastal city. Vancouver, while not the size of New York or Los Angeles, can be placed in both classifications. While most would assume Panarin would want to play for a team already in contention. But his interest in Vancouver has been subtly shown in the comment section of instagram.
