On Saturday, Valpo swam at home against Saginaw Valley State after a day of traveling from another meet against Rose Hulman in Terra Haute, Ind.
At Rose Hulman, both Valpo’s men’s and women’s teams fell to the Fightin’ Engineers, although the women put up a respectable score of 160-122, winning 11 of the events overall and the men just four.
Saturday’s meet against Saginaw Valley included diving, which Valpo didn’t take part in, although Saginaw had five divers compete in this exhibition.
Overall, both the men’s and women’s teams fell 179 to 76 and 162 to 92, respectively.
