POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Jacob Hallenbeck threw four touchdown passes -three in a 28-point second quarter -- and Marist beat Valparaiso 35-24 on Saturday for the Red Foxes' fourth straight victory.
Hallenbeck was 15 of 25 for 215 yards and an interception. He found Juston Christian alone in the right side of the end zone in the first minute of the second quarter before Chris Duncan's 66-yard pass play to Griffin Norberg gave the lead back to Valparaiso. But Hallenbeck connected with Anthony Olivencia down the left sideline for a 41-yard score.
