ORLANDO, Fla. — UTSA's Celeste Loughman, Chase Keng and Ana Gonzalez have been named to the 2020-21 Academic Momentum Award Teams as announced this week by the Scholar Baller program in conjunction with the Institute for Sport & Social Justice (ISSJ).
Loughman, a standout for the softball team the past five seasons, was one of 27 student-athletes from across the country selected for the Academic Momentum Award First Team. The West Columbia, Texas, native finished her career with two school records, in triples and stolen bases, and ranks in the top 10 in multiple categories at UTSA.
