LAS VEGAS — Led by top-15 finishes from Hannah Holzmann and Ana Gonzalez, the UTSA women's golf team moved up two spots on Tuesday and finished sixth at the Rebel Beach Invitational, which wrapped up Tuesday at Spanish Trail Country Club (par 72/6,400 yards).
Holzmann registered her second straight top-10 showing by firing a 5-over-par 221 to claim ninth place in the 74-player field. The junior from San Antonio bounced back from a 75 in her opening round on Monday with a 74 in the second round followed by an even-par 72 that featured a trio of birdies and an eagle on the 510-yard, par-5 18th hole.
