SAN ANTONIO — UTSA on Saturday announced the hiring of Frank Scelfo as offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.
Scelfo, with more than 30 years of experience, had worked the past three seasons with the NFL’s Jacksonville Jaguars.
For the Jaguars, he was quarterbacks coach in 2013 and 2014 and a senior offensive assistant last season.
He had served previously as an quarterbacks coach at the University of Arizona and as an offensive coordinator at Louisiana Tech and Tulane.
