SAN ANTONIO — UTSA head football coach Jeff Traylor on Friday announced that he has added Kennedy Lewis, a transfer wide receiver from Texas, to the program's 2021 class, bringing the total number to 23 student-athletes.
Lewis, who will have four years of eligibility remaining, appeared in two games for the Longhorns in 2019, catching a 37-yard pass in a win over Rice. He was an all-state and three-time all-district selection at Melissa High School where he caught 106 passes for 2,149 yards and 26 touchdowns during his three-year varsity career.
