Chivarsky Corbett waited several weeks while Delaware was looking for a new men’s basketball coach.
The 6-foot-7 forward decided he waited long enough and will transfer to UTSA, according to multiple reports.
Corbett’s addition gives new UTSA coach Steven Henson another piece to work as he attempts to turn the program around. The redshirt freshman received a release from this scholarship back in March, according to the Wilmington News Journal. He will have to sit out the upcoming season because of NCAA transfer rules and will be eligible for the 2017-18 season.
