SAN ANTONIO – For the second time in 2021, UTSA men's tennis senior Juri Reckow (Hamburg, Germany) has been named the Conference USA Athlete of the Week, it was announced by the league office on Wednesday.
Reckow led UTSA in three matches in Oklahoma last week, improving to 9-1 in singles over the stretch. Reckow opened the week with a singles and combined for a doubles point at No. 26 Oklahoma.
He spurred a 4-1 win at No. 40 Tulsa two days later, posting a 6-3, 7-6 (3-0) win over No. 67 Kody Pearson in singles, adding a 6-3 win in doubles.
