SAN ANTONIO – UTSA soccer has named standouts Isa Hernandez and Ellis Patterson team captains for the 2021 season, it was announced by head coach Derek Pittman on Thursday.
The Roadrunners will be led in the 2021 season by co-captains Hernandez, a junior out of Kyle, Texas, and senior Ellis Patterson, a native of Austin, Texas.
"When selecting our team captains each year, we want individuals that are selfless leaders that fight for our culture and core values daily," Pittman said. "Ellis and Isa are exactly that!
