Nate Archibald
Played point guard for UTEP from 1967 through 1970 and his No. 14 is a Miner retired jersey. He played 14 years in the NBA and was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 1991. He was selected as one of the NBA's 50 greatest players in history. Archibald is still the only NBA player to lead the league in scoring and assists in the same season, averaging 34.
