The UTEP football team begins its 105th year of football when it kicks off at Jacksonville State on Saturday afternoon.
The 3:30 p.m. Mountain time start will be televised on the CBS Sports Network and broadcast on 600 ESPN El Paso.
How is UTEP supposed to do
Like so many Miner games, this is supposed to be close. UTEP is a one-point favorite, and with an over-under of 52, they are supposed to win 27-26.
This is slated to be an annual series, but this is the first time the teams have met.
