At the beginning of this decade, UTSA made football look easy.
In 2010, the Roadrunners were working out in hand-me-down UTEP practice jerseys as they began their program. In 2011 they debuted with a winning year, then won eight and seven games, respectively, their first two seasons in Conference USA in 2012 and ‘13.
Football, though, isn’t easy, and after that auspicious start, UTSA finds itself in a similar, albeit a bit higher, place as UTEP.
