Katarina Zec Nears 1,000th Point Wochit
Senior Katarina Zec and freshman Katia Gallegos have been the face of the UTEP women's basketball program all season and now they have something to show for it.
Zec was named second-team All-Conference USA and Gallegos, a Franklin alum, was named to the all-freshman team. Gallegos, who led C-USA in assists during the regular season, is the first Miner to be named to the all-freshman team in five years.
