The new-look UTEP basketball team got a new-look result in its exhibition with Texas Tech on Saturday, and now the excitement surrounding this team can blow through the roof.
The Miners overcame an early turnover bug and charged past the defending national runner-ups 70-60, getting 24 points in 26 minutes from reserve Daryl Edwards, the last player added to this roster, who may not be a reserve much longer.
