The 2010s featured some rough patches for the tradition-proud UTEP men's basketball team.
It was the first decade since the 1950s with no NCAA tournament appearances and no post-season national tournament wins of any kind, though the Miners still won more games than they lost (182-150 starting in the 2010-11 season).
The decade also marked the 50th anniversary of the 1966 national championship team, and fittingly, the weekend celebrating their golden anniversary produced the two top moments of the decade.
