A new season begins Tuesday.
A new basketball season with a new head coach with an almost completely new team will tip off the 2018-19 basketball season against UT-Permian Basin Tuesday at 7 p.m. in the Don Haskins Center.
Rodney Terry, the 19th basketball coach in Miner history, will send out his first team Tuesday. Only three Miners return from last season — senior forward Paul Thomas and sophomore guards Evan Gilyard and Kobe Magee.
