For the second time in three weeks the UTEP football team is getting ready for a game against a team that has won one game.
The Miners are a touchdown underdog this week against a Western Kentucky team that has the same 1-9 record they do, but as was the case two weeks ago when they played Rice, UTEP has a reasonable expectation of winning.
That's a change from the other four games in the last month and a half in which the Miners were playing a team in the Conference USA title chase, but coach Dana Dimel said at his weekly press conference that keeping the preparation the same will be a key.
