For pretty much ever, the defensive line at UTEP has been a perennial question mark, and the first question in any given year is how many of them the Miners are going to start.
The first year of Dana Dimel’s tenure marks a return to a four-man front, an “even” front, from the three-man line of a year ago, so once again the spring is one of learning (or re-learning; they were using a four-man front three years ago).
