UTEP spring practice keeps going through virus scare Wochit
UTEP has shut down completely for the foreseeable future, cancelling spring football and closing all facilities to student-athletes because of the coronavirus lockdown.
The school announced the decision in a three paragraph press release dropped Wednesday afternoon.
"UTEP Director of Athletics Jim Senter announced on Wednesday that the UTEP football team’s remaining spring practices, and the 2020 Spring Game, have been cancelled.
