UTEP’s annual attempt to sell out the Sun Bowl will be on Sept. 23 when the Miners take on old WAC rival UNLV, the school announced when it released its promotion schedule Monday.
That game will also pay tribute to the military, first responders, medical personnel and teachers and is the designated 915 Heroes Night.
The Miners home opener against Incarnate Word on Sept. 2 is ‘80s night, when UTEP will have a 12-hour window Tuesday (this Tuesday, May 16) where fans can buy tickets for $7 and $12 in select sections, which corresponds to ticket prices four decades ago.
