The tears will be inevitable. Tears so often wrap themselves around farewell.
Courtney Clayton, Kaitlin Ryder and Taylor Sargent will say farewell Saturday and Sunday when UTEP takes on Louisiana Tech at Helen of Troy Softball Field.
This, though, is no ordinary farewell.
The trio of UTEP seniors will be saying farewell to softball, to a sport they have played since before they started the first grade, since they were 5-year-olds.
