In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the NFL has partnered up with the American Cancer Society for Crucial Catch. Since 2009, the two organizations have paired up annually to raise funds in support for the fight against cancer, those currently battling cancer and the opportunity to honor cancer survivors. With grants to health centers nationwide and hundreds of thousands of cancer screenings, Crucial Catch has done its part.
For over ten years, the partnership has raised around $27 million to support treatment around the country. The funds have supported over a million people by providing men and women through cancer-related education, navigation and screening reminders.
