Justin Garrett's work ethic paves way to breakout Bret Bloomquist, Wochit
Justin Garrett's breakout for the UTEP football team was stunningly sudden, yet at the same time, almost two years in the making.
The receiver arrived at UTEP last year from Cerritos College in California, and was supposed to give the Miners immediate help at their biggest position of need. Though he impressed everyone with his work ethic and dedication, he ended up redshirting. While he did play four games, Garrett didn't make a catch in 2018.
