Souley Boum is going to continue his college career at Xavier as a graduate transfer.
The UTEP graduate-to-be, who announced he was entering the transfer portal a month ago but also said he was considering going pro, tweeted a picture of himself in a Xavier jersey with the caption: “We gone wake me up real soon!!!”
Boum was a second-team All-Conference USA player this year after leading the league in scoring at 19.9 points a game and also averaged 4.5 rebounds and 2.8 assists. A volume scorer early in his three-year career at UTEP, he emerged as an all-around player this season.
