Aaron Dumas is coming home to UTEP.
One of the all-time great El Paso running backs, an Americas alum, has transferred from Washington after a redshirt season there and is working out with the Miners, making UTEP's deepest position even deeper.
"I wanted the opportunity to show off my talents and do it in front of my family," said Dumas, who was New Mexico's leading rusher in 2021 before his transfer to Washington. "The UTEP coaching staff is going to be really good for me and they had my back throughout the process, since high school.
