The first round of voting for El Paso's Mount Rushmore eliminated legends such as Jerry Bailey, Bob Beaman and Ted Banks, but many of the big names moved on.
Former Del Valle soccer coach Bruce Reichman, an icon in the El Paso soccer community, surged to the lead after four days in the voting, when almost 10,000 ballots were cast.
Joining him in the Sweet 16 second round are Don Haskins, Lee Trevino, Tim Hardaway, Nolan Richardson, Aaron Jones, Bobby Joe Hill, Nate Archibald, Eddie Guerrero, Jim Forbes, Don Maynard, Antonio Davis, Frank Castillo, Ray Mickens, Jennifer Han and Brian Young.
