UTEP coach Dana Dimel spent his Monday press conference focusing on all the positives from his team as it gets ready for North Texas, and the good things he saw from the Miners in their 38-28 loss to Charlotte.
As usual he pointed out how close UTEP is to taking another step forward, while acknowledging what has to get fixed to do that.
"Right now we're knocking on that door pretty hard, we're kicking it pretty hard, we just need to knock it down and go on a good run," Dimel said in advance of his team's first home game in six weeks.
