ASU prepared for absence of top offensive players

A harsh reality of college football that affects the Tony the Tiger Sun Bowl as much as anyone is that stars are increasingly skipping bowl games to prepare for the NFL draft.

That's hitting Arizona State hard in Tuesday's game against Florida State, as their two all-Pac-12 players, tailback Eno Benjamin and receiver Brandon Aiyuk, won't be playing. Together they accounted for 71 percent of the Sun Devils' rushing yards and 51 percent of their receiving yards.
