What to expect at Utah's first day of spring camp

SALT LAKE CITY— The University of Utah football spring camp kicks off Tuesday up on the hill. Here's a sneak preview:

Injuries

Six Utah football players are out for spring camp: WR Tim Patrick, DB Domo Hatfield, S/QB Chase Hansen, TE Siale Fakailoatonga, TE Evan Moeai and OL Nick Nowakowski. In addition, S Austin Lee and DB Jordan Fogal are doubtful to participate in the spring. Players who'll miss the start of spring practices, but should return soon include: OT J.J. Dielman, RB Marcus Sanders-Williams and OL Nick Carman.

Position battles

The biggest question heading into spring camp, without a doubt, is the quarterback battle.
