After the much hyped “biggest opening week in college football history” there are still some good matchups coming in week two, which the Utah/BYU game may headline. Local fans may also take interest in Utah State traveling to Southern California to take on the Trojans, as USC looks to bounce back from an embarrassing loss to Alabama. Another game to keep an eye on is TCU vs. Arkansas, because TCU really struggled with an FCS opponent in week one.
