LOS ANGELES, Calif. – The Utah volleyball team wrapped up a two-match road swing with a 3-1 (13-25, 22-25, 20-25) loss to the No. 2-ranked USC Trojans Sunday afternoon at the Galen Center.
Freshman Berkeley Oblad recorded a team-high 10 kills and tallied a career-high .600 hitting percentage in the match, but it was not enough and the Utes fell to 9-15 overall, 3-11 in the Pac-12), while the Trojans pushed its overall record to 25-1 and 13-1 in Pac-12 play.
After hitting just .147 in a 25-13 loss in set one, the Utes came back to hit .
