SALT LAKE CITY - The Utah gymnastics team, fresh off a first-place finish at regionals last Saturday, has begun preparing for a record-setting 41st-consecutive trip to the national championships, scheduled for April 15-16 in Fort Worth, Texas. Utah becomes the only school to qualify for all 35 NCAA Gymnastics Championships.
The site for the second-straight year is the Fort Worth Convention Center Arena, where the Utes finished second at the 2015 NCAA Championships, just five-hundredths of a point behind champion Florida.
Two semifinal sessions with six teams in each will be held on Friday, Apr.
