INDIANAPOLIS--Incoming Utah freshman gymnast MyKayla Skinner has been named to the 2016 U.S. Women’s Senior National Team, qualifying her to compete in the U.S. Olympic Team Trials in San Jose, Calif., July 8 and 10. The team was selected based on performances at the 2016 P&G Women’s Championships that just concluded in St. Louis, Mo.
The 2016 Glasgow World Cup all-around champion, Skinner placed second on vault, third on floor and 10th in the all-around at the P&G National Championships over the weekend.
