SALT LAKE CITY -
The Ute gymnasts, who last month placed second at the NCAA Championships, finished first among Utah's student-athletes in the classroom this spring, recording a spring semester cumulative grade point average of 3.693. It marked the fourth time in the last six semesters that the gymnasts have claimed school's athletic GPA title, dating back to fall of 2012.
All 13 members of Utah's current team made the Athletic Director's Honor Roll (3.00 minimum GPA) and seven made the Dean's List (3.50 minimum GPA with 12 graded credits). Named to the Dean's List were Georgia Dabritz (4.
