SALT LAKE CITY - Utah gymnasts Breanna Hughes and Kailah Delaney have been named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District 8 At-Large first team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America. They are now placed on the ballot for the CoSIDA Academic All-America team, which will be announced on June 9.
Hughes and Delaney were two of just 10 first-team all-District 8 selections for the women’s at-large category, which encompasses representatives from eight states and 15 NCAA sports (beach volleyball, bowling, crew/rowing, fencing, field hockey, golf, gymnastics, ice hockey, lacrosse, rifle, skiing, swimming, tennis, volleyball and water polo).
