TUCSON, Ariz. – Four Utes scored 10 or more points to lead the University of Utah women’s basketball team to a 60-55 Pac-12 Conference victory at Arizona on Friday in the McKale Center.
At 12-4 overall and 4-1 in Pac-12 action, Utah is off to its best start in league play since a start 5-0 Mountain West Conference competition in 2008-09.
The Utes owned a 51-33 edge in rebounding over the Wildcats, while Utah improved to 11-0 this season when scoring 60 or more points. Utah was 18-of-24 from the foul line, compared to just a 5-for-10 effort at the free throw line.
