SALT LAKE CITY — Despite the “weird” feel to Utah’s 19-14 win over Oregon State Saturday, the Utes moved up in the national rankings for the second consecutive week.
Utah moved up to No. 18 in the USA Today Amway Coaches Poll, improving one X spots from last week’s ranking at No. 21. It's the fifth consecutive week this season the Utes have been ranked. Also included in the rankings from the Pac-12 is Washington, who remained at No. 5 in its bye week.
Arizona State, which was previously ranked No. 24, dropped out of the Coaches Poll after losing to Colorado 40-16.
