Utes lose to Oregon State after 20 turnovers

It was not a pretty basketball game, from really either team, and even less pretty for the Utes who fell to the Beavers in Corvallis on Thursday night by a score of 74-56. They were led by Timmy Allen’s 24 points, while Branden Carlson had 16 points, and those were the only two Utes to score in double figures for the Utes, and really no one lease was close. Riley Battin and Lahat Thioune each had six and Alfonso Plummer had four. That’s it. That’s all the scoring fo the Utes. The Utes only shot 38.5% from the field for the game, and 16% from three.
