If MVP voting balloted today for the Utah Utes football team, there is no doubt Devontae Booker would win in a landslide. The 5’11”, 212 lbs. running back from Sacramento put on a highlight real last Saturday when he hurdled defenders, spun out of tackles, racked up loads of yardage after first contact, and displayed his NFL-like burst of speed to rack up 212 all-purpose yards.
With Utah’s throw game looking as threatening as a BYU fan attacking a cheerleader, it is frightfully obvious how crucial Booker is to Utah’s offensive success.
