The Utah soccer season got out to a bright start during the weekend, and as has been the case for the last several years, Lindsey Luke was a big factor.
The senior goalkeeper logged a pair of shutouts against Marquette and No. 21-ranked DePaul on the road to give Utah a 1-0-1 start to the year, earning Pac-12 goaltender of the week in the process. It's the sixth time in Luke's career she's been so honored.
Luke's shutouts were the 21st and 22nd of her career, and she made 10 saves in the game, including three in an overtime game against the Blue Demons.
